Firstly I would like to thank Mr Ikram Khan for his exceptional customer service. He was recommended by a close friend and he certainly did not disappoint. Mr Khan went above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations, particularly his patience and genuine interest to support me and make sure I left as a happy and content customer. I made a few visits to the branch and was very inconclusive about my decision, however Mr Khan assured me consistently and did not expect me to make a decision promptly, and most importantly worked within my means - which is something very hard to find these days in sales!
I cannot fault Mr Khan in any form and I certainly recommend his kind assistance, as well as exceptional customer service. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my purchase, as well as service.
